Rest assured that we make every effort to honor cancellation requests. However, it is often not possible to cancel an order because it has already been processed by the warehouse. Marketplaces transmit order data feeds directly into our fulfillment system. Our warehouse then processes orders as they are received in real-time. You may receive a shipment notice many hours later, even long after your initial cancellation request. This occurs because the data feeds take time to propagate through all systems, while in reality that order was already pick, packed, and shipped by the warehouse long beforehand. In this case, you would need to request an RMA via your online order history, and provided the item is unopened, we will automatically approve your return.
